Digioverse is a boutique creative design agency in the United States. As our client base grew, coordinating asset reviews, wireframe sign-offs, and onboarding briefs via email became a chaotic bottleneck that threatened project timelines.
To solve this, I designed and developed the Digioverse Portal, a secure, frosted-glass client dashboard where customers can track project phases and sign off on designs instantly.
The Challenge
We needed to solve critical client coordination problems:
- Slow Onboarding: Onboarding a client took several days of email back-and-forth, holding up project kickoffs.
- Review Bottlenecks: Clients struggled to download and review high-resolution mockup files, resulting in long feedback loops.
- Security: Project details and Figma links had to be kept strictly confidential under custom login credentials.
The Solution
I engineered a modern portal focused on conversion and user flow:
- Frosted-Glass UI/UX: Designed an aesthetic interface in Figma. The layout features subtle blur backdrops, Outfit headlines, and a responsive timeline track showing the current phase of development.
- Automated Brief Forms: Integrated structured intake forms that parse client inputs directly into our internal task managers.
- Secure File Handling: Connected the portal frontend to a secure Firebase cloud database. Clients can preview high-resolution Figma mockups inside the browser without downloading huge assets.
"The Digioverse Portal has made our client onboarding experience feel extremely premium. It is a major selling point for our high-end web services."
The Results
The system significantly improved agency efficiency:
- 60% decrease in onboarding administrative overhead time.
- 100% project transparency, with clients signing off on deliverables directly inside the portal timeline.
- 98% client satisfaction rate, with reviews praising the premium dashboard design.
